Intra-Oral Massage

Nancy Newman specializes in intra oral massage blended with massage and craniosacral therapy. This type of massage is especially gentle and works inside the mouth, as well as outside touching structures of the head, neck and shoulders. Especially helpful for stress reduction, relief from TMJ, migraines and more.
Craniosacral Therapy
Nancy Newman is a certified Craniosacral Therapist (studied with Upledger Institute and Crafted Touch/Lauren Christman)
Craniosacral Therapy is a holistic approach to enhancing well-being. It is a gentle, hands-on approach that aims to enhance the body’s natural healing abilities. By focusing on the craniosacral system, this therapy addresses imbalances and restrictions that may affect overall health and well-being.
Unlike a traditional massage for full body that focuses on manipulating muscle tissues, craniosacral therapy hones in on the membranes and fluid that surround, protect, and nourish the brain and spinal cord.
Lymphatic Drainage Facilitation
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that stimulates lymph fluids The lymphatic system is a core part of the immune system, that aids in the maintenance of fluid levels, protecting the body from disease and removing cellular waste. Signs of a slow lymphatic system include recurring infections, oedema, bloating, acne, tiredness, brain fog, fluid retention, headache, difficulty losing weight, joint pain/stiffness, fatigue, cellulite.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It is helpful to provide pain and stress relief, among other benefits.
Reflexology is based on the theory that your hands, feet, and ears are connected to certain organs and body systems.
